• Pump System Design: We provide detailed engineering services for pump selection, suction and delivery piping, motor control centres, cables, and transformers.
• Pump Supply and Installation: We supply, install, test, commission, and maintain a wide range of pumps including vertical turbine, horizontal split casing, end suction, submersible, monobloc, and vacuum pumps.
• Starter and Control Systems: We handle the complete setup of motor starting systems including DOL, star-delta, autotransformer, soft starters, and stator-rotor configurations along with HT/LT panels and capacitors.
• Transformer Substation Execution: We design and commission transformer substations with 8-pole, 6-pole, and 2-pole structures for 33kV/22kV/11kV systems including earthing and fencing.
• Regulatory Compliance and Energization: We prepare CEIG drawings, manage approvals, obtain safety certificates, and liaise with EB authorities for transformer energization.
• Cabling and Testing: We carry out HT, LT, and control cabling using underground armoured and submersible cables, including laying, jointing, and testing.
• Mechanical Handling Equipment: We install circular and horizontal overhead cranes—both manual and electrically operated—for on-site mechanical handling.
• Flow Monitoring and Automation: We provide flow measurement systems and SCADA integration for real-time monitoring and operational control.
