Comprehensive Water Supply Scheme Implementation

Cross-Country Pipeline Networks: We laid over 30,000 km of pipelines using diverse materials like MS, CI, DI, AC, PSC, PVC, and HDPE, incorporating valve pits, thrust blocks, trenchless crossings, and anchorage.
Pumping Stations & Sump Facilities: We install large-scale sump tanks (up to 32 lakh liters) and pump rooms with high-capacity pumping sets (up to 9600 HP), transformer substations, and flow metering systems—all CEIG certified and crane-equipped.
Overhead Tank Construction: We construct overhead tanks with capacities up to 50 lakh liters and staging heights of up to 24 meters to support gravitational distribution.
Distribution System Deployment: We implement household service connections with metering, DMA zoning for pressure management, and public fountains for equitable access.
Scheme Operation & Maintenance: We provide routine monitoring and quality control to ensure reliable service delivery and adherence to potable water standards.

Underground Sewerage Infrastructure & Treatment Solutions

Our services include precision surveying, advanced network design, smart construction techniques, and integration of leading treatment technologies such as ASP, SBR, and MBBR. Network Design & Engineering: We conduct detailed surveys and engineer complete sewer networks with precise layouts, hydraulic designs, and gradient planning.
Piping & Manhole Construction: We supply, lay, joint, and test SWG, UPVC, RCC, DWC, and HDPE pipes, and construct brick or RCC manholes using excavation and well-sinking methods.
Deep Trenching in Challenging Soils: We lay sewer lines up to 7 meters deep in sandy or waterlogged soils, ensuring structural stability using sheet piles for shoring.
Rock Terrain Installation: We install pipelines in rocky terrain using controlled blasting, chipping, and chiselling techniques to maintain proper alignment and prevent structural distortion.
House Service Integration: We connect residences to the main sewerage system using SWG/UPVC pipes, ensuring full compatibility with internal household plumbing.
Pre-Treatment Chambers: We construct suction wells, grit chambers, and screening units with stainless-steel screens, penstocks, and desilting systems integrated for efficient pretreatment.
Electromechanical Systems: We supply, erect, and commission submersible non-clog pump sets or vertical shaft pumps, including transformer substations and complete control panel systems.
Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs): We construct STPs using ASP, SBR, or MBBR technologies and integrate onsite power generation for efficient, self-sustaining operation.

Lift Irrigation Systems & Infrastructure Development

We provide end-to-end infrastructure for lift irrigation—from water intake and pressurized pumping to networked delivery systems. Intake/Offtake Well Construction: We construct durable intake and offtake wells for secure and efficient water abstraction from rivers or reservoirs.
Sub-Riverbed Main Installation: We install connecting mains beneath riverbeds using advanced anchorage methods to ensure pipeline stability and longevity.
Cross-Country Pipeline Laying: We lay pressurized pipelines using MS, CI, DI, AC, PSC, PVC, or RCC materials, covering distances up to 1,000 km with trenchless crossings, valve pits, thrust blocks, and anchor supports.
Sumps & Pump House Development: We develop sump structures and large pump rooms equipped with high-capacity pump sets, transformers, suction/delivery piping, and EOT cranes for operational ease.
Water Delivery Cisterns: We construct delivery cisterns and associated infrastructure—sluice gates, culverts, minor canals, and open channels—for effective water distribution to fields.
