End-to-End Sewage Treatment Plant Construction

We undertake the comprehensive design and execution of modern sewage treatment plants that ensure efficient treatment, safe disposal, and resource recovery. Our turnkey capabilities encompass civil, mechanical, and electromechanical integration—starting from inlet management to final effluent discharge and energy optimization. Each facility is engineered for environmental compliance, operational reliability, and adaptability to fluctuating loads. We construct inlet chambers, detritus settling tanks, dual phase clariflocculators, Sequential Batch Reactors (SBR), and advanced disinfection systems using chlorination and ultraviolet (UV) technology. To complete the treatment cycle, we develop treated sewage reservoirs, thickening mechanisms, and centrifuge systems for effective sludge separation. Beyond treatment, we facilitate sludge dewatering and safe discharge, while capturing biogas for energy recovery via gas-engine-based power plants—contributing to sustainability and long-term cost-efficiency.

    • Post-Chlorination & UV Disinfection Units: Ensure final microbial inactivation prior to discharge or reuse, adhering to effluent quality norms.
    • Mechanical Filter Press: Removes moisture from sludge through high-pressure filtration, reducing sludge volume for downstream handling.
    • Centrifuge System: Separates sludge solids from water at high speed, enhancing dewatering efficiency and minimizing disposal cost.
    • Thickener Mechanism: Concentrates low-solid sludge into a thicker slurry, optimizing centrifuge and filter press operations.
    • Instrumentation & Online Monitoring: Flowmeters, DO sensors, pH analyzers, and SCADA-integrated controls are installed for real-time performance monitoring and operational automation.
