Mr. S. Ramachandran is a seasoned engineering professional and the driving force behind Keyem Infra Project Private Limited. With nearly 40 years of experience in the infrastructure and construction sector, he has built a strong legacy in the execution of large-scale water supply systems, underground sewerage networks, pumping stations, and sewage treatment plants.
He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering and Technology, affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University, in 1983. Mr. S. Ramachandran began his entrepreneurial journey in 1996 with the establishment of Keyem Engineering Enterprises (KEE), a Class I engineering contractor recognized for delivering technically sound and timely infrastructure solutions across Tamil Nadu. Under his leadership, the firm undertook critical water supply and drainage projects for government bodies such as TWAD and CMWSSB.
In 2022, he spearheaded the incorporation of Keyem Infra Project Private Limited as an EPC company, consolidating decades of experience under a scalable and structured enterprise. As Chairman and Managing Director, he oversees the strategic and operational direction of the company, with a continued focus on technical excellence, timely delivery, and sustainable infrastructure development.
Gokul Ramachandran is a dynamic leader with extensive experience across Infrastructure development, Operations management, and Strategic business planning.
With a strong academic foundation in engineering and advanced degrees—including a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Trichy, a Master’s in Computer Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara, USA and an MBA from the University of British Columbia, Canada—he combines technical skills with sharp business acumen and entrepreneurship to drive organizational growth at strategic and at operational levels in Keyem.
Over the years, Gokul Ramachandran has successfully implemented large water and sewerage infrastructure projects, optimized financial performance through data-driven forecasting, and implemented operational process changes that have significantly reduced costs.
His international exposure to newer technology & engineering practices together with his leadership initiatives enables to bring a global perspective with a local approach to various solutions.
Driven by a passion for continuous growth and innovation, Gokul Ramachandran, in his current role, focuses on driving process improvements, strengthening operational execution, enhancing efficiency and service delivery across departments, and implementing strategic initiatives. His scope further includes supply chain management, aligning it closely with core operations to ensure seamless coordination and effective resource utilization. He is committed to mitigating operational risks and building robust framework that support and consolidate long-term growth of Keyem.
Mr. K. Ganesan is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer with over 35 years of diverse experience in public administration, infrastructure planning, and governance.
He retired as Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu after holding several
senior positions, including Chairman and Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Urban
Infrastructure Financial Services Limited (TNUIFSL).
He has also served as a Director on the boards of TWAD (Tamil Nadu Water Supply and
Drainage Board) and CMWSSB (Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board),
contributing extensively to the implementation of water supply and drainage projects across
the state. Mr. K. Ganesan currently also serves as a Director at Sasvitha Home Finance Ltd,
bringing strategic insight and regulatory acumen to Keyem Infra Project Private Limited.
Mr. V. Nagappan is an accomplished financial advisor and consultant with over two decades of experience in the capital markets and BFSI sector. He has served as an Independent
Director on the boards of key Tamil Nadu public sector undertakings, including TIDCO, Tamil Nadu Power Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd, and the listed entity TNPL.
He is currently an Independent Director at Sasvitha Home Finance Ltd, and brings valuable expertise in financial governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic
planning to Keyem Infra Project Private Limited.
Dr. Nalini Ramachandran, a committed and accomplished medical professional, brings strong
organisational and administrative capabilities to Keyem Infra Project Private Limited.
As a founder director, she has played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s administrative
systems and operational structure since its inception.
Now as a whole-time director, Dr. Nalini Ramachandran plays a proactive and hands-on role
in overseeing the company’s day-to-day affairs, ensuring seamless coordination across
departments. Her disciplined, methodical, and solution-oriented approach has contributed
significantly to maintaining high standards of efficiency, compliance, and internal
governance of the company.
